Improve the English and Maths skills of your workforce
Benefits to your organisation – No cost – The recent OECD International Survey of Adult Skills gave a clear message on the below-average levels of basic skills among adults and the very poor basic skills of young people in England. We have made significant progress in developing and widening the scope of our Maths and English portfolio to ensure that everyone who needs to can improve their English and maths. We have embedded English and maths in all our major programmes, including Apprenticeships and Traineeships, alongside offering a range of stand-alone awards and certificates in both maths and English. Providing employers with English and maths training promotes growth, increases internal capacity for succession planning and helps businesses to develop and flourish in an increasingly competitive market.
