Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Certification in

Customer Service (QCF)

This course is designed for people aspiring or
working in the customer service related roles
for example customer interactions etc. The
Customer Service course has been developed
to provide underpinning knowledge and
understanding for Level 2 NVQ Customer
Service.

. Delivering effective customer service.
. Planning for self-development in customer
service.

This qualification is accepted as a technical
certificate for the Apprenticeship in Customer
Service. The standard requirements for this
course are the learner must be an EU Resident
or have worked in the UK for at least 3 years,
also must be over 19 years old with
permanent contract of employment, or be in
a voluntary position for a minimum of 8 hours
per week.
